Since November 17, 2021, no one has seen a 15-year-old girl.

Officials from the Kalamazoo Ministry of Public Security are looking for a missing 15-year-old girl. According to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, since November 17, 2021, no one has seen or heard Damia Bell.

Da'Mya is described as a 15-year-old black girl, 5 feet 4 inches tall, weighing about 130 pounds, brown hair and brown eyes.

Anyone who has seen Da'Mya or knows her whereabouts, please contact the Kalamazoo Department of Public Safety at 269-488-8911 or the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children at 1-800-843-5678

Whether the child is a missing fugitive or just missing, there is no difference in the degree of danger a child may face. Missing children are at greater risk of becoming victims.

In the past, if a child ran away, parents would quickly find that child at a friend's house one or two blocks away. In the age of the Internet and mobile phones, this community is now all over the world. Children may be lured away by people who pretend to be themselves. The stranger may have malicious intentions or worse.
